FAMILY DAY ON THE ISLAND
On Sunday November 16, the Rotary Club of Pattaya will organize a Family Day on the Island. The objectives of this project is to bring families, both Thai and foreigners, together on an enjoyable outing to an Island just outside Pattaya to create new friendships and better understanding between members of our community. Rotary worldwide is this year also celebrating Rotary Family Year and the Pattaya Rotary Club says this event will be its
contribution to the Rotary Family Year. The club is planing to make this a yearly event in Pattaya. Tickets will be sold in advance at 500 baht per adult and 250 baht for children. This includes the boat trips to and from the island, food and games on the island and for the adults a commemorative T-shirt. It is expected about 500 people will participate in this event. The
owners of the Island have pledged their great support by giving the Rotary Club exclusive access to the island for the day.
